Kalaranjini is an Indian actress and classical dancer who started her career in the early 1980s. She is the elder sister of actress Urvashi and actress Kalpana. She was a successful heroine of the 1980s and has lately been appearing in Television serials including Daya, Velankanni Mathavu, Devimahatymam, Kumkumappoovu etc.
Kalaranjini was born to Theater artists Chavara V.P. Nair and Vijayalakshmi. She has 2 younger sisters Urvashi and Kalpana. She is a divorcee and has a son, Prince.
